A few months ago I was lucky enough to be contacted by Susan Auġér to see if I could collaborate with the CBLDF/Hero Initiative benefit book Transmetropolitan: All around the world by coloring a couple of pinups done by Vassilis Gogtzilas (and lend a hand on another pinup done by the master Eduardo Risso) which I was more than happy to do. To say that Transmetropolitan, Warren Ellis and Darick Robertson are three things I love and respect deeply is a massive understatement so I jumped at the chance to work on that book.
And today I got the comp books on the mail which are beautiful and they will be a proud addition to my shelf with all my current and past work.
